I need a new user, I have 3.3 million coins so nobody is really out of the question.
derwin james, eric berry, ed reed, jalen pitre, nasir adderley
don't sleep on that Ryan Neal Game Changer card, i certainly have overlooked the entire promo, but they're basically best cards at their positions, super versatile -- Neal is 6'3" and gets possibly THE best ability stack in the game and can be at least 98 Speed with the FA strat card bonus, plus he gets 0AP Pick Artist, 1AP Acrobat and choices of pretty much whatever else you wanna run; Crusher, Enforcer, Secure Tackler perhaps for the upcoming Freight Train stomps we'll surely see.
but don't just take my word for it, check out the top 10 MUST HAVE cards in MUT. Fairly accurate list, would love to debate any players left off the list.
I'm a sucker and determined to make actual Linebackers work in my roster, but it's a bit of a losing battle, although we finally have LBs that can run stride for stride with high end wideouts. 49ers TT with 99 Speed, 99 Acceleration Fred Warner, who also has 95 Zone Coverage and Mid Zone KO ability, still somehow feels liek he's stuck in mud, even compared with the 97 Speed Kerby Joseph... almost certainly because of the Change of Direction stat, maybe? Probably. YMMV.
I have been having a lot of fun using Eric Kendricks lately.

i love detailed responses like this, so thank you. I actually run an eagles or falcons TT. I got bored so made another because with all the team affinity cards you can bounce around from TT to TT for less than a million coins if you get bored. Anyways, I’ve used that Ryan Neal at Safety, User, and.CB1 he is probably the best defensive card in the game. When I move him to sublb I need a new safety though. Which the falcons aren’t particularly deep at. I’ve also tried to force linebackers into the lineup but they just feel slow (Kyzir white, Jaylon Smith) and they never animate or jump for passes even with lurker. Thank you for the link.
As much as i wanted to have that Hufanga upgrade at SS, the lack of 0AP Pick Artist makes him basically unusable. I cannot count the number of times the ball has hit my players (lacking Pick Artist) in the hands and fallen directly to the ground.
Due to the lack of viable options, i've recently moved Poyer into the SS slot, as Derwin James & Surtain have become my CBs on the outside since i'm running way more Zone schemes these days. If i go back to Man, it'll be Sauce and Surtain on the outsides.
Many/most folks can't handle the lengthy diatribes i tend to post, I can certainly empathize with how obnoxious this may seem, glad someone appreciates it. I just post what i would want to see as a somewhat new MUT player. Context is always helpful, at least to me.
