Does anyone experience the kick to dashboard in the middle of a game? its to inconsistent. Ill go 6-9 games no issues and then in the middle of a game I get a black screen and end up on my dashboard (Xbox Series X). Its only madden. all other games my xbox works fine... I have tried deleting the game, resetting my console. Xbox is vell ventilated so its not even overheating. I have contacted EA and Microsoft just no responses.

yea i had this before its jus a glitch we gotta deal with, nothing we can really do
