How do I get better at pvp and how to get money doing ftp.

The advice I give here depends on what level of a player you are. If you're brand new, just keep playing the game. Get familiar with a few plays on offense and defense you like so you know what to expect. You should get in the habit of calling plays by formation so that you're frequently picking plays that look similar to your opponent before the snap so they don't know what's coming.
If you're past that point, I'd recommend watching Twitch or YouTube content from high-level players. There is a ton of free info out there. Learn a popular offense and defense and your win-rate will go up quickly.
If you're already doing this, the next step is to start keeping track of why you lose every game. If you notice any issues showing up a few times, it's time to get in practice mode. You'll need a lab partner (someone who wants to practice with you to get better). You have your lab partner run something you struggle against over and over. You'll learn to beat it and you'll get better as a player.
I hope this helps!

Another thing is to just keep playing in H2H/WL and don't care about your record and such. The more reps you see the better. But as other poster said after a certain point you have to adjust and be introspective and get better at certain things you notice like not to throw certain balls in tight windows bc you have noticed they get picked in the redzone. Or learning how to position yourself pre snap to stop the run better. Stuff like that you start to pick up from playing better people.
