Nickel 33 - LB Blitz 1

Slide DL right (or left if you’re against a leftie QB)

Pinch LBs

Leave the 5 blitzing players stock and user either the MLB or the FS/SS in zone

This same setup works universally out of Nickel 33 if you blitz the outside LBs and QB contain, which is great if you want to run zone.

Recommend using an Inside Stuff DT to limit their run game options. Hope this helps someone beat the new meta cheese.

The rollout cheese? Yeah, it’s pretty annoying, but can definitely be stopped with this set up or similar setups in Dollar, 34, 43, etc. Containing your dline alone isn’t enough, you need off the line LBs blitzing to prevent them from glitching out your contains.
