Terrible Lag or my players are nerfed

I don't know what is going on. In online games....I cant user my players. I push spin button and my player wont spin. I cant juke.  I cant click onto my WR and come back for the ball. It's like my players are being controlled by the AI.

I have been talking with EA about this and all my tests are for internet are great. 

Are people lag switching me?

Is it DDA?

Also...I cant run the ball in online games at all.

RT - 94 Tristan Wirfs

RG - 96 Zack Martin

Center - 94 Matt paradis 

LG - 96 Larry Allen

LT - 96 Trent Brown

My RB is 96 Dalvin Cook

What is the issue here???

I have been experiencing severe lag with perfect internet and it is so annoying. I usually restart my console and the lag goes away so that is what I suggest. As for running the ball, ea buffed the defense so much with that ap update, so no one can really run the ball.
