I think pistol can be amazing in the right hands . problem is run blocking is super trash this year and all pistol plays have the same blocking as singleback so you can full yourself into thinking you have more time in the pocket that you do .

Off the tiop of my head, that I have personally tried and recommend:
Madden NFC Offense. Like 11 pistol formations, 11 single back formations, and like maybe 18 shotgun formations. If you like a mix of passing an rushing, it's lit and my personal fav.
49ers have a deebo package with your wr1 @ hb in a shotgun formation.

Alternate pass balanced, use the bubble motions to manipulate the users so they can't lurk you. spread formations to create more spacing vs zones. less predictable
