Why can't I put cards into a zero chill set

Every time I put a non zero chill card into a zero chill set my game crashes and I get sent to main madden menu. From there I have to log back into ultimate team. I tried clearing data cache and doing a hard reboot on my series x. Neither fixed the issue

There are certain sets that have done that for me as well. Are you trying to put individual cards in? Or do the entire set?

I've found if I do the entire set at once by pushing X, it will allow me to on those specific sets. When I try adding individually is when it sometimes messes up on me.

i was trying to do the individual zero chill sets. however after they released part two of the zero chill the problem stopped and i was able to complete the sets that i previously couldnt.
