Just a thought, not sure of the feasability of this, but you could have "tiers" of users, where those who are consistent at posting, being helpful to the community, helping out the mods by reporting spam and stuff, and setting up a good example for other users have higher odds of winning GG points out of the forums. Again, not sure if this would be doable, just an idea.
