2 questions about Fan Appreciation

Where do you find the Ter Hendricks card to upgrade? 
 

why would they put fan appreciation as only one week at the end of a season and not into next season? Can you not upgrade these players after this week?

Ted didn't get a fan appreciation card its only bo SS and Carmichael TE

And I'm pretty sure your able to upgrade till the 25th but I could be wrong

Edit just saw its actually the 15th yeah I don't know why they would do this.

Hendricks is a Twitch Prime reward. You have to have a Twitch account AND Amazon Prime to get him . The only way to upgrade the card  is with theme team boosts.

20 and 30 H2H / Solo objectives, 1300 points, and 500 tackles for challenges are tough pills to swallow for OOP cards everyone would have right now.  All in a week in June post Diablo release. Might let these ones go.

I am more than willing to make some time for Madden this week. But holy cow these challenges at this time (unless you buy shortcut) are not very appreciative IMO.
