Last year because of strat cards and TT boosts there was much more variety in opponents. This year EA nerfed both so we are once again seeing a move from theme teams to God Squads with 90% of opponents rocking Aaron Rodgers and pretty similar rosters.
One more poor choice EA. Very poor.
As more programs roll out, you will see TT make a comeback. I run 50/50 Dolphins, even if I had a God Squad, I still can't compete with the top tier players. Saves me money and imo more fun/challenging
I don’t see how anybody can have a god squad. most cards are easily attainable and the ones that aren’t, aren’t much better. Like whats a god squad at this point , someone with Rickey and Hurts? The best card in the game is a NCAT TE

For most people it’s just about the overall not the thresholds

Not unless they boost strat cards or TT boosts. As I said I'm 46/50 with all blue strategy cards and am seeing a fraction of my overalls turning blue compared to prior years. As a result we are seeing much less variety in opponents. Watch Twitch literally every streamer runs Aaron Rodgers.
