Both are good options, but I think Derrick Henry is more impactful. He's the best QB in the game.

I wouldn't worry about that too much. There are only five QBs in the game with the Slinger 1 release:

• Derrick Henry
• Dan Marino
• Aaron Rodgers
• Jake Plummer
• Marcus Mariota (Most Feared LTD only)

This is by far the best release in Madden and it matters more than any QB rating. For details on that, check out Jdawg's thread here.
