3rd down threat?

I have j jettas ofc and im running 3rd down threat but i never see it light up. What does the ability do? Is it ass?

It's supposed to give your receiver a better chance at catching the balls in single coverage on 3rd down. I'm pretty sure KOs still win most of the time so it's not that powerful. Still it's 0 ap on Jefferson so there's no downside to using it.
