Does anybody know how to put a safety at the MLB position in the 4-3 defense. Every tutorial i have seen is not in depth enough and i can not figure it out.

Same as any? You go to the specialist page and put them in the sublb spot.
or you manually sub them in every game.

You have to user with a MLB out of this formation. There is no sub LB because it’s not a nickel or dime formation. I’d recommend using Luke until Shazier comes out if you want to run 4-3 even 6-1.

It's not "same as any". 4-3 is considered a base defense, not a sub-package like nickel, dime or dollar. Therefore, sub-linebackers are called sub- because they come out in sub-packages. In some cases there might me a workaround - like in 46 Normal there's a "Speed" package that subs in your CB4 in place of one the MLBs. But I couldn't find anything like that for 4-3 even 6-1

pro player stiff runs the 4-3 even 6-1 defense and he users simmons in the middle, there is a method to put safeties there but im not sure about the specifics. it has somethjing to do with reordering the depth chart and only having 2 OLBs

You need to have a pb with the 43 Odd formation (LB Rush Package) and audible into the desired 43 Formation. If you want to use the 6-1 Formation then use the Patriots pb. I posted a video link where I have Deion Sanders as my LB in the 6-1. You can easily switch between the CB of Saftety during the game.
As to how to build your lineup so this is possible, it is the same method as getting a DB at LB in the 3-4 D, there are Youtube videos on this from previous Maddens.
I posted how to do this on the 43 D in a zFarls Youtube clip in 2014 and on Gutfoxx's channel on 2016. I will try and link that tomorrow if I can find it.
