In recent days, it's become possible to build non-program hybrid theme teams with the potential for +3 SPD to certain players with dual chemistries. Right now, one of the teams must be either 49ers or Chiefs, and the lineup must be constructed as follows:
49ers/Chiefs Super Bowl Uniforms, Playbooks, and Stadium: +5 TT Chemistry
Captain Jordan Reed (upgraded to 85, for 49ers TT Chemistry, then downgraded to 81) or Playoffs Darrelle Revis: +1 TT Chemistry
Captains Gore or Berry without upgrade, two captains upgraded to 96, one captain upgraded to 85: +6 TT Chemistry
Team Diamond Merton Hanks or Will Shields: +2 TT Chemistry
Division Dynasty double-chemistry players: +2 TT Chemistry
Rich Eisen: +1 TT Chemistry
AKA Crews Players Isaac Bruce or Travis Kelce Big Yeti: +1 TT Chemistry
Epic Team Affinity: +4 TT Chemistry
3 or 28 other 49ers or Chiefs
As specified above, that leaves space on the roster for 24 or 49 other players from another theme team, and by incorporating just one player from Team Diamonds or the Division Dynasty double-chemistry sets, you can have a hybrid theme team with either team getting speed boosts. With some savvy selections, you can open up roster spots for non-theme team players as needed.
