82+ AM Packs from AM Pass Missing

Anyone else not receiving the 82+ AM pack from the AM pass? I didn't get either lvl 2 or lvl 8, but I did get the Strategy item at lvl 4 and Madden upgrade token at lvl 6. Hoping it's a known issue and not just me.

I got one of 2 but the one I got crashes the game when I try to open - I’m on Series X

Didn’t receive the pack on 2 or 8 and I got the one from 80 stars on the solos but when I try and open it sends an error message.

Game crashes with usual generic "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.""

I thought it was me/us, it's them.  EA gonna EA, ya know. Just finished Solo Challenges, not sure I'm missing anything else. Just the pack glitch with 82+ at 80 stars.

  1. Upgraded Madden LT once, but still not usable card yet.
  2. Got the Strategy item
  3. and I believe one Ability token

I also did not get the 82+ pack from level 2.  I did get the welcome pack of LT Madden, and the strategy item at level 4.

Thanks for the replies guys. Still haven’t seen anything from the MaddenDirect account on twitter. Hopefully they are aware and a fix is in the works.

Both my 82 packs came just now after I got kicked out of MUT and went back in - one had 91 Ken Riley in it so I guess I don't mind the wait as much anymore haha!  The other is a 82 fantasy pack so no shot at 82 plus in that one (just a PSA)
