87 David Montgomery Unsung Hero Set Broken

I hit redeem on the 87 David Montgomery Unsung Hero set.  Nothing happened, no hero card popped up!   I hit the redeem button agai  thinking I hit the button too soft the 1st time.  All 10 TB's gone and no Montgomery cards.  Seriously EA!  I submitte  a ticket to EA, but it will probably be weeks before anything happens.  400k down the drain!
