Are the players already locked in or is it going to be updated with new players?

Which comp pass are you talking about? If you're talking about the season 6 comp pass, only players from that season will be there. If you're talking about season 7, they will update as long as you don't open the pack. However, there is no point in not opening that pack this weekend as it's the final UL drop.
