the eggstravagant eggs were a total disaster for me. 95s in almost every pack, cards that will never sell for months. game is officially deceased what a ride it was boys…
I had 2 of the UL eggs and they were both 95s. 1 out of 3 TOTY eggs was a 95 also so 3/5 eggstravagant eggs were 95s for me.
I REALLY, REALLY hate how EA implemented minimum sale prices. It really destroyed the market. And I usually sell all my cards at the end of the year with a fire sale, re-buy packs, and keep selling until I'm out of coins. Can't do that this year. And technically with a little life still left in the game, I already feel like I'm done (and I just started about three weeks ago when the game went on sale for $14). So many horrible new implementations this year over last year.
Looking at the bright side, the minimum price is a good analogy and example to raising federal minimum wage. lol
I had 104 eggs total. Think i pulled like 5 97s and 5-6 96s, everything else was 95 or lower
I'm out when season 5 ends

It’s made investing easy though… 98’s have a floor of 410k. But Sugar Rush 98’s are at 350k - so when they convert to training, they should increase in price
EA wanted to drain coins from people buying all the eggs, mission accomplished.

I agree that the minimum sell price is bad but how does that have anything to do with the federal minimum wage 😭

I thought about investing in eggs, I didn’t play this weekend cos I had a loved one with some health issues and I was taking care of them. im really glad I didn’t invest in them. I’ve kinda wondered why EA doesn’t give out Christmas presents or Easter eggs - these are not presents if we buy them from EA. Or why you can’t buy them for a friend so they’re presents etc
they could even still manipulate the market by making the free packs really good or really bad etc, so it would almost be a win win. But no, we give them money to get, as you said, basically nothing

The true minimum-wage is zero.

I'm going to try to keep this on topic. Sorry, I shouldn't have gotten political. Think of it this way, EA has mandated a minimum price for a service or good which is artificially messing with the equilibrium of supply and demand. If someone has a card that has a minimum price of 410,000 coins, and no one is willing to pay that price for that card, that card is not worth 410,000 coins, it's now worthless. Whereas if someone was willing to pay 300k coins, that is its worth.
Labor is similar. McDonald's for instance is all about cheap, quick food. If their labor costs rise, they'll be more likely to invest in technology/robots to do trivial tasks which removes low skill jobs from the market. So instead of minimum wage helping low skilled workers, it hurts them.
Sorry mods. Last post from this on me, I promise. I tried to keep it tied to the game. :)

Yea i didn't buy that $50 bundle but i did use pretty much all of my coins for eggs. It was the last promo where we get presents or eggs so i said screw it and went all out. I made a few coins back and i actually kept a few players i pulled too so i had an ok time overall. Over 2 million in training so i also have that to mese around with.
Happy Easter to you and i hope all is well with your family/friends

Happy Easter dude. Glad to hear you made some coins. And yeah, everybody’s doing good now

Thanks. And that's good man, glad to hear.
I'll probably hold onto Carmichael and Musgrave. Spent the time and coins so may as well. Plus i needed a WR and i like to have multiple TEs on the field so it worked out well.
