An Update on Missing EA Play Packs

I just spoke with EA.  They identified an issue during the distribution of EA Play packs.  They are working to correct the issue before the distribution continues.  I know many of you commented that you didn't get them.  It sounds like EA is aware and working to correct.  I will update the thread as I receive any additional news.
