at what point will we accept the h2h glitch is something ea is okay with?

feels like ea just refuses to fix the h2h glitch seems that they are okay with it because it stops players who consistently win from not needing to buy packs. they can respond to forum posts about point glitches but a glitch that helps their pockets is pure radio silence on the matter im 40-3 in my current h2h season in legend the amount of coins ive lost out on is mind boggling

I’m glitched. 3 weeks now, they refuse to address it. their help line is fucking awful. they don’t deserve to remain at their jobs, I’m sorry but if i did my job they way they do id be fired

A lot of us are stuck in infinite H2H seasons. The playoffs never start and there is no way to start a new season. I am 14 games in…

I don't think EA is ok with it. I just think they have no idea what's causing the issue or how to fix it. While it's certainly true this is keeping rewards from people, there's also going to be people who won't spend money on packs until this glitch is fixed. Furthermore, no h2h rewards kills some people desire to play h2h and the game itself. Playtime is something EA is very much concerned about 

I want to be clear I do NOT think EA has handled this well. They should be at least be willing to acknowledge that there's an issue. But I can understand why they're hesitant to saying anything if they don't know how to fix it.  

Ultimately until this affects EA's bottomline I don't know if it will get any better

I'm preparing myself for that possibility. There absolutely should be some sort of make right for this but it would shock me if there isn't. Mainly because I have no idea of what would be appropriate compensation for this scenario. It's not like the solo battles issue where it's easy to quantify what affected players missed out on. Obviously people like yourself who've had the glitch for a couple weeks deserve more than someone like me who just got it on friday. The closest thing I can think of is when there was an issue with people not receiving trophy packs last year but even then you could clearly quantify what was missing.

I won a superbowl and got a pack w/ like 10k worth of value so I wouldn't even worry about it, lol

I'm now 22-1 in my current Season (and my only loss was intentional to see if that would unjam things)... I'm just finishing up my comp pass objectives and after that the only thing to play for will be the 5k per win reward.  Luckily I'm stuck in Legends Tier!

I'm #23 on the Leaderboard (XBox Old Gen) but my record has been reset to 0-0.  The only good thing in all of this is that it looks like my ELO has been reset.  I'm only being matched up with bad players (hence being 22-1)... and not the usual Top 100 demons.

What is even the point of playing h2h seasons if you don't get coins or rewards..

My seasons and Champs are glitched. Went 20-2 in champs. ELO usually kicks in around 10-12 wins and I finish with 14/15 win but it never kicked in. Faced some pretty bad opponents in wins 15-20.  Helped me get CP I usually wouldn't get. 

Seasons my leaderboad says 0-0 and I'm 2-0 but scoreboard only show 1 game. I'm in legend tier so might take advantage of 5k per win.

I am in the same boat with the glitch.  Good observation on the ELO.  There was no noticeable escalation of the opponent quality in champs this week for me either.  I went 20-5 with the last couple being very easy games.
