I'm not sure, but the lower athletic ratings for all of the players this year is a bit concerning to me. At least last year the trend for most cards was that player got one speed for every two overalls upgraded. Granted, power ups are only in the game in a limited capacity, so this may work in a different manner, but it is interesting that by the logic that two overalls = +1 speed would mean that a player like Headliners Joe Mixon, who has 86 speed at 89 overall, would only reach 91 speed if he received a 99 overall card.
