free Allen 1 ap gunslinger can't beat that. I also like Culpepper 👍. with the most fear acceleration boost x3  . Kyle Murray is not a bad option if you like to scramble and then with the right strategy cards he's pretty good .

McNair - if you stay in pocket; gets lowest ap for fearless/set feet lead

allen if you want free and a little more mobility 

fields cards all play nice 88 and 90 (if you snagged the 90) if you really want a mobile qb

Mcnair and his ap discounts makes him one of the best. His price has climbed down so much , feel like he’ one of the best budget qbs for sure .

Tua/fitzmagic. Unlike Vick, I actually enjoyed Tua Being a lefty. If you have a bit more to spend, *and* have issues with under pressure innacurates, id get Bernie Kosar with fearless/SFL

Fitzmagic is supposed to be the next comp pass reward.   That will be the #1 budget QB.   Josh Allen season 2 reward would be 2nd in my book.
