In your guys' opinions, what are the best cards for each skill position right now? (QB, WR, RB, TE)
Lamar, Dickerson, Calvin/Moss, Tony G

u would take moss over carmichael? I could see Calvin
Lamar, Calvin, Dickerson, Gronk

QB = Lamar (sincerely doubt Caleb is this good, Burrow definitely isn't best in position)
WR, preferably with Jukebox and/or Evasive, plus any other decent abilities, height is the icing on the cake, although an arguement could definitely be made that some mid-sized receivers (thinking 6'0" - 6'2"ish range) run routes better and can make more Possession catches and sideline grabs:
- Tyreek -- baked on 0AP Route Tech makes him an absolute menace in both run and pass game, combined with YAC `Em Up, only missing height, but i think these can be in pretty much any order
- Calvin
- Randy
RB = Dickerson if you're running a token, if not, then Combine Bo (HB) or basically anything with Angry Runs will suffice
TE = i'm not so sure this one is clear cut, can be a bit of personal preference, do you want to tote the rock and prefer something with Vanguard, or perhaps another YAC `Em Up? All that being said, there's a bunch of really good TEs, i'd probably lean towards TonyG, although i haven't personally used him. I've currently got; Bo, Musgrave & Kelce in my roster, i run a lot of dual TE sets.
And yes, i'd take all three of the above receivers over Carmichael. Height alone isn't as big of an impact this year as it was during `23. Still important, but not absolutely vital.
If you fully max him out (which is not that expensive) Peyton Manning is the best QB by a mile

i agree with most of it but I don't see hill being as crucial as the others. Plus isn't carmichaels stats and abilities rly good still?

This is a FANTASTIC post, thank you for the breakdown!
Mine is a direct question, who plays better for you out of you're 3 tight ends? I have Bo and I'm debating on taking Kelce as the free AKA crews cause I like running double TE's as well. Musgrave isn't an option, so question to you, is Kelce worth the pic or not super special?

This is simply NOT true. Personal favorites, perhaps, but there's no universe where any Manning is best video game QB right now. Stats barely matter, everything is based off minimum thresholds, which ALL of these cards meet and exceed, so the way we rate QBs in late-game Madden (if not always) is based upon a few simple things:
- QB Release Style -- accept no substitution, if you're not using Traditional 4, you're potentially missing out. Split seconds matter, it's the difference between a completion for a huge gain and taking a sack.
- Abilities -- Gift-Wrapped, Gunslinger and Set Feet Lead (or Pass Lead Elite) plus Hot Route Master (or even Master Tactician) is a requirement. Beyond this is a bit personal preference. Anyone that says "it's April, you don't need GW" probably doesn't understand how this game works, be careful what advice you listen to (including, or especially my own).
- Speed
Here's the current order of what i consider to be S-tier QBs:
- Lamar
- Vick (with token, although lefty prevents roll-out to right)
- Bo
- Big Ben
- Joe Burrow
- END S-tier
- Then everything else, including both Mannings & Kirk, through AR15, etc. however the drop-off from 5th to 6th is fairly significant. I assume Caleb Williams needs to be somewhere on this list, but i'm coming at this from pre-Draft angle.

Great question. Carmichael is tall and Matchup Nightmare ability can be somewhat glitchy, in the sense that it tends to activate all the darn time. However, it's not as good as having Jukebox. Quite often a receiver only needs to beat one guy in order to break a tackle, which turns a potential big gain into a crib shot. Same reason how or why I prioritize YAC `Em Up, it's basically the same thing as Freight Train / Angry Runs, but after the catch. Essentially guarantees you will break that first tackle... super overpowered stuff, IMO.
Again, stats barely matter. 99 catching is not going to play much better than 90, but having Gift Wrapped on your QB can and will make all the difference in the world. The only other 0AP ability Carmichael gets is Mid Elite, which is not terrible, but extremely limited. I feel liek it's somewhat of a duplicate with Matchup Nightmare, both improve pass catching, but on different areas of the field.

Honestly, i wish i had a better answer for you. I've got Kelce at WR4 at the moment, but i've continued to cycle these TEs, often based on what team chems i need at any given moment. Neither Big Yeti, nor Musgrave get the good juke move, so that kind of holds them back, they both are over the 246 pound weight threshold to have the impressive jukes. I still find myself preferring Bo.
If you have an AKA Crews freebie to take, i would consider that Tyreek, he's pretty special, easily top3 receiver, definitely end-game. Unless they come out with some type of passive X-factor abilities, i'm not sure i could build a better WR if i had a Golden Ticket right now, it's literally everything i'd want (minus a few inches in height). Bo (TE) is super flexible, i waffle back and forth, some games i'll run him with Vanguard, then the next game i'll revert back to YAC `Em Up. He can fit any play style and his X-factor never deactivates.
I still feel liek it's TonyG, then everyone else at the TE position, at least currently. Darren Waller super expensive, haven't tried him, Musgrave good, but not truly elite, it was just the only Easter LTD i managed to acquire, so i'm trying to use him (for now, but nearly quicksold him for coins the other night). An exceptionally good TE (he gets the impressive juke and is both tall and fast) is this Genki Force Kyle Pitts: https://www.mut.gg/players/21565-kyle-pitts/24-40021565/#prices
I haven't used him, but i absolutely adored the Pitts Superbowl (MCS?) card we got for free a while back, so I'm confident saying this Genki is also top notch. I'd be patient, if you have a BND AKA set to use, unless you REALLY need that second TE. Doubt you'll regret taking Big Yeti, but you can probably do better.

That is an epic answer, thank you so much! I forgot all about Pitts and didn't realize how cheap he is right now, so I'm gonna hold off on the AKA for now, buy Pitts and see what comes down the line. TE Bo is doing great for me, so I'm just looking for a good number 2 and hot damn Pitts will fit perfectly!
