playbook also :)
No offense but you can't figure this out yourself? You should be able to play out of multiple playbooks and win games, you shouldn't need to ask what playbooks to use

no offense... proceeds to be condescending and not provide any help lol....

I mean, what help does he want? The draft event gives you 3 chances to pick a playbook and it's random so it's not like he can pick any playbook in the game. Instead of trying to cheese, why not just play and learn new playbooks? Just my opinion
imo defense is pretty random in this mode. I’d focus more on offense and then run nickel dime or dollar. Ideally with no linebackers in coverage. I’m a fan of eagles and bills because they have nickel 2-4 or nickel 3-3
What defense is dictated by what your opponent is doing.....well...it should be.....but EA dumbs your players so its always a close game in about 8 out of 10 games.
Hard to be any good with playbooks you've never used. Pretty sure that winning five in a row simply involves a lucky draft and a good playbook (because some are awful matches for your personnel, but that's a lot to figure out on the fly), and some matchups with people who aren't able to draft a one-shot offense.
As someone who doesn't cheese, and who tries to find the matchups, this is the absolute worst way to play Madden.

If you know football you can use any playbook. That is a fact. Football is concepts .
Now....beating EAs code? That's another issue.
We know Clint doesn't know football concepts...
I really dont know how he is where he is....
Zan should be the CEO.

Come on, man. You can hardly scout the opposing team if they aren't interested in doing the same. You can't hardly scout your own team. My own players are bumping into each other on certain plays because their respective attributes are incompatible with other players I've never otherwise paired together. I don't get the opportunity in this mode to practice anything. I just get thrown into the mix, usually with guys who have been playing Madden many years longer than I have.
Ask any offensive coordinator if he wants to call plays from some other random coach's playbook on Sunday.
All of this before I get into the terrible exploits pervasive in the game.
I hate responses like this. They're condescending, and not the least bit helpful. They make me hate certain community members about as much as I hate this mode.
I don't think defense exists in this mode. It feels like im playing regs but with dumber CPUs.

He isn't asking for help to get better at the game.
He is asking for help because he wants to take the easiest path possible and wants someone to tell him how to cheese his way to victory.

It exists.
Its just a vastly different Defensive play style because abilities ain't doing the heavy lifting.
IMO User Stripping is the way to go.
I play deeper than noral let the underneath happen and try for the punch out/ hit stick

Which is why i said what i said lol

Me and you certainly caught on to it.
Sometimes though the context needs to be laid out for those who didn't.

Maybe, I haven't given the mode much play since constant clock stopping from scoring and kicking off drags the game. Played one half and quit out 28-28
