I don't use meta offence but the commanders playbook works really well for offense and defense on defence giving dollar nickel 46 and dime

Run n Gun will be my new playbook for years if it doesn’t change. Got everything I need. Just wish it had Gun Monster and it would be flawless.

if you’re a pocket passer I can’t think of a better playbook than Steelers.
if you want to run with your QB, it’s not great because there isn’t a single read option.
but aside from that it has everything you could want: tight doubles, bunch, and empty.

For me, the lions has been the meta for a REALLY long time, BUT they took out a feature of being able to audible through the gun formations while in a play because of how good the playbook was. For example, if you come out in gun bunch and press X or Square to try and audible and flip through different formations using the d-pad it won't have other gun formations available to choose from (Pretty sure the options are like strong formation and singleback). They made it so within the gun formation in the lions playbook you can only be in one set and only that set, which just paints a picture for how strong the offense was, IT WAS INSANE and I consistently made top 500 in mut champs because of it. So my recommendation now would either be the panthers, bucs, or Raiders playbook and maybe even the Patriots if you wanna try it out.
The formations you wanna look at within each one is:
panthers - singleback bunch, strong close, gun bunch offset, gun doubles, and bunch Yflex
Bucs - singleback ace, singleback bunch ace, gun box, gun doubles, gun tight, and gun spread
Riaders - singleback bunch ace, weak close (for FB dive), gun bunch, trips TE, tight slots (Which for this formation I made a YT video on a beater play in it that beats all coverages and I'll leave the link right here if you wanna check it out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEv023XQfI&abchannel=SethyWeffy ), gun doubles Yflex, and finally the best formation in this entire playbook Y off trips (Or you might've heard it been called U-trips, which U-trips is also in the patriots playbook)

I ended up switching to chargers they have a lot of the same plays and they have read option plus diff plays too

Multiple pistol formations with plenty of read option and triple option, most of the good shotgun formations for passing, they have reverses and PA reverses, sooo many jet sweeps, fake jet sweeps, PA jet sweeps, and my personal favorite to break out, Wildcat. There’s a lot of stuff in there that isn’t super common so you might be able to catch opponents off guard.
