How can I get it since the auction house is still glitched is there a set for it?

you have to do the "random alternate playbook set" under core sets until you pull it would be my only guess right now

It's extremely frustrating to try and build out these alternate playbooks that only have a percent chance to drop. I went through so many iterations of 3-4 & 4-3 generic stuff, before i ultimately gave up and overpaid on the AH to get my Multiple D playbook. I wish you much luck and success, my friend!
As far as "best" playbooks, on offense both fEagles and NY Jets are extremely popular and have some of THE best plays in the entire game. Spread is definitely a fantastic option, however there are some standard team playbooks that might mirror some of the Spread formations... my memory is failing me at the moment, exactly which... perhaps the community can chime in to assist.
Ultimately, a lot can depend on how you prefer to play the game, for example, do you liek to run with your QB, or are you more of a statue in the pocket (such as i am). I think there is a case to be made for suggesting Double Post is one of the best plays in the entire game. You can streak your Slot receiver, to allow him to pull away the over top deep safety help, wait for the red Post pattern to start to break and then hit them for big gains over the middle, or later if your protection holds up. Huge one-play TD potential. The other variation i enjoy running is to simply Drag the same Slot receiver i mentioned before. That's it, hike. Your Slot receiver will drag to the left side of the field, if the opponent's USER chases that Drag, you'll potentially have a wide open HB darting to the opposite side of the field for a quick dump off, with plenty of room to run. Don't be shy about hopping into Practice mode and spend ~10-15 minutes per day running the same play over and over and over, so you can get comfortable with what/where the routes break. Can either do this against randomized defenses, or a certain scheme you might be struggling with.
This play can be found in both fEagles or Colts playbook: https://www.ea.com/games/madden-nfl/madden-nfl-24/playbooks/double-post-27069
Halfback Wheel routes are your friend, from any number of playbooks and formations. Good luck, man!

You are most welcome, my friend. So many people on here helped me when i started MUT about a ~year ago. There's an overwhelming amount of information to learn. Figuring what works best for YOU is half the challenge. I started the year running NY Jets, as it had a nice mix of both run and pass, but have mostly been using Eagles lately, although i tried to convert back to Jets... just didn't stick with it very long. Takes a while to get comfortable with new/different plays. Eagles has all these fantastic RPO (such as HB Stretch) that i have very much come to rely on. That's my only gripe with the Jets playbook, not a ton of RPOs i desire to run.
However, this Durham along with Corner Strike are among consideration for top plays in the entire game, as well. Can basically quick-hike, run the play stock, no adjustments needed. Maybe block your RB if you are getting pressure, or at the very least "Check and Release" so the HB will hold a Safety to avoid double coverages on your primary target. People are running Double Corners (from Corner Strike), but this requires having a TE Apprentice ability (or Hot Route Master), but we can discuss later if you think any of this fits. Have fun, man! Let us know any questions. I'm far from an expert, but i know what has worked well for me -- and if i can pull this stuff off and get wins online, anybody can.
Bengals/bears and Pats my favorites. Find a formation you like and then go on the playbook database to find which playbook offers the most from it.
