Who is the best rushing Defensive Tackle?

Also budget options. I would get the fridge but I don't want to spend 240 coins right now.

I like Billy on the edge.  99 SPD and zone on my team, nice in the flats.

I haven't played a ton because of the state of this game but he doesn't seem to have a problem.  I don't think I'd play him in the middle though.

run stopper for sure perry but vea goes crazy sometimes hes just dummy slow. rushing you want fast billy is great also he gets all team chems.

Got Sapp PU and Vita Vea PU. Sapp outplays Vita by a mile. Speed of the two isn’t that different, but Sapp is consistently getting more pressure, making sacks, and chasing down RB’s in the flats.

Does Perry have enough speed to be a good rusher? I can see Billy getting blocked at the line but he's going to get through when he has his chances because of his speed. Just curious I guess about abilities make a good rusher versus a good run defender.
