So I'm trying to get my 97 Joe Burrow to a 98, I used training on Let It Rip to max it out bur my Burrow is still a 97. Any other strat cards to use or do I just need 50/50 Bengals chem?

50 is going to be your biggest plus.
His other stats are pretty high as is so it may be harder to get him up. It may take both 50 and the LIR card as well.

5o/50 bengals chem would get him to 98 .
