What are the best zone drops for double mable
Thought i saw something about it being Hard Flats at 25-30, and Hooks/Curls being set to 5?? I could be completely wrong though..

Deep Out Zone KO on both outside corners is an absolute must, IMO, which helps defend against these deep corners and sideline breaking routes. Some folks prefer to run DOZKO on both over top deep safeties, ultimately it depends on your available players / discounted abilities. Now that there is no fatigue penalty, i've reverted (from Dime) to almost exclusively running Dollar again, with a heavy rotation of Cover 3 here. Will try to quickly summarize my ability setup, although it's not specifically for Double Mable, but i often find myself playing Double Mable coverage on at least half (one side) of the field, often from Cover 2 Press or DB Fire 2 (Dollar). However, my abilities are primarily structured for the Cover 3, so YMMV.
- DOZKO (x2) both outside corners + either Pick or LurkArtist, only a few 2AP DOZKO discounts in the entire game, mostly Safeties (and Darius Slay Jr. Playoffs card)
- DIZKO FS -- a handful of players get this for 1AP now
- Middle Zone KO SS (who i drop down into a Hook Zone, often with 15 yard manual coaching adjustments), Ryan Neal gets it for 2AP, only reason i'm using the ability here
- as many Lurk or Pick Artists as you can get for free, but i tend to prioritize KOs, KOs, KOs.
I make my opponent prove they can defeat the FS Zone Blitz, before reverting to Double Mable or some type of hybrid Man/Zone scheme of my own making, often manning up either Slot receiver and/or TE from Bunch sets, even cross-manning my FS.
zOMG, totally misread your question. MY BAD. Zone drops are as follows:
- Flat Zones = 25-30 yards, typically you want these as deep as possible to prevent your opponent from getting over top your 30 yard Flats
- Curl Flats = 5 yards
- Hook Flats = 15 yards (or default, but just a starting point i often use, allowing your opponent to dictate what depth is set here)
Reason: i'm a maroon.
Hard Flats - 25/30
Curl Flats - 5-10
Hook Curls - Default (Unless you consistently get beat deep over the middle and then I would drop it to 20-25

How do you set these, is it in coach adjustments?
