What specifically counselors 10 games? Only h2h and solo?

Solos are fine.  Just need the 88s in the lineup, doesnt matter if they see the field.

I think all games. I just put each one in the lineup after I got them, and while doing the other solos it counted as wins

You can also do the challenges, they count also.
