Bored and tired with Madden.

I play madden and mut literally 99% of the time I play games. Every day I'll play Mut or have it on my tv screen for 6-10 hours a day. I love mut but am getting tired of it and madden. Mainly cause my skill level is maybe slightly above average and no matter what new cards come out its not going to make you read defenses any better or really become a much better player which is understandable cause having the best cards shouldn't guarantee you a victory. Honestly I have more fun playing other games like Fortnite or Witcher 3 or RDRD2. I get that madden rage really bad sometimes and its not fun,video games are supposed to be fun and while I love the competiveness of madden im just not that great of a player. House rules is ok but the rewards aren't worth going after. I have a great team with plenty of coins but it just doesn't matter 😆. Madden is just one of those games where you either get it or you don't and I've been playing for decades and just am not as good of a player as I should be. Focus is a big issue and understanding the concepts. Its like trying to learn a new language or playing the guitar,it's easier when your younger and some people can just pick it up quickly and excel at it.

Maybe give a rest a couple of days ,This is what i do when it starts feeling stale.

I am insane at Fortnite and I am getting bored with it so just because you are good at a game doesn’t mean it is fun. I am not good at madden (barely have won a game in madden 23 with a 95 overall team) but it is fun

Its literally the same braindead crap every game lol and then when you do beat your opp on defense they get bailed out by a ko ability smh....this game is an absolute piece of garbage for ppl with ZERO actual football iq or skill.....just braindead trash

If we get better packs and better level up rewards (especially competitive and all promo passes not season 3), then I'll love Madden again, for now, maddens ok and I hope EA updates what I listed above

🥶 6-10hrs a day of Madden? I don't think Twitch streamers can stand that many hours of playing without losing their minds!  With Gronk finished & football season over I'm lucky if I get my  dailies done!

there is no shame in venturing out for spring/summer games

I hear you, last two years i burn out way faster than prev years.   i remember still being excited in July when they dropped the 4th of july promo.  Just mix it up with other games.  i still like building teams, just dont like playing the game much anymore

You can thank TVP’s for how stale the market is. They are terrible for the game in terms of keeping card prices reasonable. I also find H2H more boring that normal because nobody is patient enough to run a balanced offense. Everyone goes on YouTube to look up the new “meta” and runs gun tight chucking deep posts every game. Then when I stop those they either force balls into coverage for picks or they quit the game quickly. Madden has become so abilities based that it’s more arcade at this point.

There are folks who take the game way too seriously and only care about the W. You're burnt by playing 6-10 hours a day. It's a game, not your job. Take a break in a while.

As for me, I love football and I love Madden. I'm at a point in the game where I don't really care about having the best overall team but rather having fun. I rebuilt my entire team to mirror my fantasy football team this year, and honestly it has been a lot of fun, especially playing the new house rule using the coach calls.  

Treat it like a game and you'll never get bored.

I just open packs and have fun lol
