92 default or does strat cards help him get it

Strats don't make a card eligible for abilities, they have to have it stock.

I only had ~15 or 20 minutes to look through Blitz promo by the time it dropped, got a couple quick (and lucky/close) House Rules wins, but don't fully understand this stuff.

How does one go about building (or buying) these higher end 92 OVR? I guess we need Tickets or something also? I read the News post here on MUTgg, but no one really knew how the promo would play out.

Can these be purchased with Blitz Bolts or only Tickets? Thanks, will check after 49ers/Hawks game wraps.

May be a dumb question, but does his archetype make him have to have a  92 zone for DIZ KO? Because Justin Simmons got it with 91 but he's also zone archetype. So does archetype play a factor into the stat overall needed?

I believe so, but I've never gone deep into the why, I just look up what they can get.

Different archetype. Branch is a Run Support safety
