yes it is, but be careful! you can put 91-99 in this set.
this set is also expensive and time consuming, cheaper to buy 8x 93s at 25-27k a piece (200-215k) or 4x 95s at 50-55k a piece (200-220k)

This is a real set in the game and works as described.
Not sure if it's the best value set though. You can build the set that requires 3 95s and 1 93 for around 205k consistently.

unlikely, seen em going for 12-15k, but if you can go for gold man! just takes a lot of time to buy all the pieces, 93s is definitely the cheapest and most consistent pricing
