Can someone give me a honest review on QB Culpepper?

Would like to hear from those who used/use him. I currently have Elway so I know the release will be a downgrade but im looking for speed at QB to have a little more fun while playing. I use a 50/50 Raiders TT and plan on picking up the legendary sprinter strategy as well.

ive used him and his speed is definitly superb compared to Elway.He paid great for me,his releas wasnt as good as elways but it wasnt to far off.I  found him unusable because of his useless ability buckets.5 ap for GS and PLE compared too 2 ap on Russell for both .

He’s very good on a Vikings theme team when I used him

He was so cheap today I decided to finally try him out. Tested diferently ability combos through a bunch of HR games. Only advice I could give is do not treat him like a pocket passer. No GS discount so your best bet is either 

A. Fastbreak, Tank, PLE

Read option king, once he gets going he’s hard to bring down. If your opponent puts QB option on conservative you’ll need to use the pre-snap motion trick.

B. HRM, Dashing Deadeye, PLE

Heavy run/play action scheme with a lot of designed PA rollouts from under center. Run stretch going one way and mix in the PA rollouts to free up crossing routes. Puts a lot of stress on their user. 

B may not be meta but is more fun to me. Reminds me of M20.
