Can you use both qb and hb Derrick Henry in the same lineup?

I don’t think so. It doesn’t say glitched unlike the Vick OOP HB. My friend had both and couldn’t.

I haven't tried it myself but I'm pretty sure you can. Typically, you can not use 2 instances of the same player on the same side of the ball but I believe Henry and Vick are currently the exceptions this year.

Why/when would they change it? 

That makes no sense since you couldnt do it before... the communication is terrible this year.

Did you test it before? I'm pretty sure it's worked since they were released.

Nope havent been playing lately. Just never has worked since 15/16 unless it was glitched like Bosilli TD was

It has worked in some instances, but you're right, it's not the norm. I'm pretty confident Henry QB/HB works based on my knowledge of the data.

Is it something on the backend that does it? I assume its some dupe coding that prevents it normally.... Vick and Vick on steelers would be sick.

Yep, pretty much. It all depends on how the item is built.

It is 100% part of the coding logic that does it.

I’m using both Vicks on offense for my eagles team so works On him for sure.
