Can't play at all.

So I am on day 3 of not being able to play madden at all. Load the game get into mut and once I click on any screen it the same message no matter what I do. "EA serves can't process your request at this time."

Called to see if maybe it was a internet issues even though everything I run through my internet works perfectly fine. It's not my internet connection. 

Checked to see if maybe I got banned for some odd reason even though I am a NMS player just using what I can in game. Nothing in spam or email with anything. 

Is anyone else having this problem? 

My other games run fine no freeze ups or error messages of any kind.

I can scroll side to side in the mut pages but if I click on challenges, solos, sets, my team, or any of the icons it's the same message.

ive been having trouble logging in at the main menu - but if i just keep retrying it eventually lets me in; i dont have any issues after that

but the game had ran smooth (at least for EA) for like 2 months for me - no login issues, boots, etc

but since the backyard ballers its been kinda iffy

Did a middle east tour before hitting the gulf for hurricane Katrina back in the early 2000s.

Secondly it sure as hell looked that way. Definitely a way to start the shit. I just ended it. Happens too often especially in the randomness of the Internet were getting from folks far too often

What system are you on?  EA Help can be hit or miss, like the sidebars on this thread, but on XBox I would try:

Manage game and add-ons -> Saved Data (should say 4.0GB) -> Reserved space (4.0GB)  -> Clear reserved space
