Can’t play with EA Play

I have EA Play and it won’t let me play madden.  Any idea how I can get on for the 10 hour trial?

There is no 10 hour trial. You have to wait until the game officially launches.

Not true. People on PS claim there's a 10 hour trial through the standard edition with EA Play.

I can confirm there is a 10 hour trial on Xbox that’s live now if you have EA play.  I went to the game option I pre ordered in the store and there was an option to play EA Play trial and I selected that.  Currently in game now.

I just clicked on the version of the game I pre ordered and it gave me that option next to the “you own this game” tab.
