Seems like they have updated the Accel boost on the strat card, but not the speed yet.

Cool...are you using that strat card? Seems like you'd have to have an awful lot of Combine players on your squad to part with the Super Bowl Ring strat

I have all the rookies because I got a tt.
So its boosting Bijan, Nolan, Joey, Trenton, Bryan and then I run Christian Watson now over Pickens, Leon FS and Leon QB. I sold Bradberry who was my last SB player so I'd rather get the plus one and eventually two speed to a bunch of my starters.
ohh and also Wirfs forgot about him.

Ahh cool. That strat card wouldn't work for me personally but am glad to see you are putting it to good use. There's no Legends or UL Strat card for me to use and I don't want to give up my Legends as I am an oldhead who loves classic old school players

totally makes sense, if I was running a god squad then I'd be using the SB strat card as well for the all players boosts. But the combine card gives me a 99 speed db, edge rusher, and crazy fast DT and makes Watson into MVS anyway.
