I'm trying to compile a list of all the new strategy cards now that a lot of teams can get away with just having one speed boost card. I'm going to be rolling a bunch of strategy packs to try and get a Ball Hawk or Hybrid rare to add to my In The Zone. Once I'm done, l'll add any new cards from the rare fantasy that I see.
If you guys are willing to add some of the new rare ones that you've pulled or used, that would be much appreciated.

As you can see maxed out: stat 1 gets +4, stats 2,3,4 get +3, and stat 5 gets +2 on both cards. I assume that’s how it should work for any strategy card that gets the new “Tier 10” boosts. Also the “Hybrid” card says (CB) on it but it actually applies to all DB’s not just CB’s.
