How often has everyone had to replace their controller?
I have had 3 go in just over one year. It is always the left stick. I do not abuse or slam or drop my controller.
Are they producing defective products?

I usually throw mine and break it but other than that, never had to replace one.

Its really hit or miss with them. Some people go through 2-3 a year average but sometimes you can get lucky and get over a year out of one.
Currently had one over a year but in previous experience ive had 2-3 as well. Same thing,the left stick starts "slanting" to one side. No slamming,dropping, just maneuvering the stick on madden. They are destined to break at some point and its usually the joystick.

I usually buy a new one roughly once per year. It is always the joysticks that wear out for me as well.

my controller I got in July of last year is slanting a bit now, my main thing I did was probably knock it over lol. I’d charge it on a table and trip over the charger when I walked into my room. Like all the time. Lmao

Got one with my game system from Game Stop. Bought my second from a different Game Stop. The last one came from Wal Mart......Time to try Target I guess. The damn kick direction will float left when I am in the middle of kicking.

Ps5 edge is worth the money as you can replace the joysticks in them.

Madden's had an awful issue for years with input lag and connection lag in general.

I called Wal Mart customer service because the in-store warranty is only for 1 month.
I was informed that Sony has a one year warranty, but I do not know who to contact at Sony yet.
Does anyone know who to contact at Sony for product warranties?
