The comp pass dailies reset at 9:30 AM EST but the season xp dailies reset at 10:30 AM EST? Why?

For the people who had the dailies not count correctly, did it get fixed? Does everyone have them counting right now?

I was out of town for a few days, so I just started playing the new stuff last night and it was doing the thing where it counts each as completed, but the tracker for finishing them all only went to one.

I completed dailies Weds thru Fri and didn’t have any count. Didn’t bother yesterday because of it.
