Data transfer from PS4 to ps5?

Is it possible to transfer a MUT team to a ps5 from a ps4? Or do I have to start over? I was looking it up but all the answers were pretty confusing and I was wondering if someone here knew and if they did, they could explain it. Help i greatly appreciated :)

Anytime man and yeah believe me bud i had the same issue when i went from Xbox 1 to Xbox x...lol
