I currently have RT  on him and it sees to be working good.Am i overlooking a better Ability for him like deep in /out Elite?

Deep Out is a great option if you run him on the outside a lot. It's going to help with catching especially in 1-on-1 or tight window situations. At 1 AP, it's a great value ability.

If Adams lines up in the slot most often in your offense, Slot-o-Matic is a better version of Route Tech. That's something to consider too.

Yea this is sound advice.I heard someone say Deep in elite lights up outside the numbers as well which if its true would be getting 2 for 1.

I haven't heard that, but if it really worked that way, the pros would be running it instead of Deep Out Elite and I'm just not seeing that.

Keep in mind sometimes abilities are broken in such a way where they light up in situations they shouldn't, but there's no effect on gameplay. It can give you the placebo effect.
