Defensive strategy item choices

I always swore by ball hawk as the best or at least top contender. However, as we approach 99 everything I think it's kind of pointless due to the fact stats are maxed out anyway.  Was wondering if I'm missing something or if anyone else agrees. Debating trying something like hot pursuit or mind reader.

Ehh it still helps a little bit so imma keep it since it boosts all dbs and mind reader just boosts safetys and lbs.

Solid point.  What secondary do you have on your ball hawk?

I recently switched from Ball Hawk to Man 2 Man.. All of my DBs pretty much already have 99 zone, so that boost wasn't needed... They did still need a little Man Coverage though. And it also gives them all some Play Rec as well...

I was torn between going with the Man 2 Man, or grabbing a D Line one...
