So the team chem option isn't necessarily a team chem specifically, it's part of the extra team chems you can get in theme team remix. The two limiteds can get the same chem as well, so by having all 3, you get a bunch of chem boosts for the team, including a +1 speed.
It doesn't count towards the team chem, but being able to get the +1 speed that you'd normally be trying to get from team chem boosts with only 3 players gives a lot of line-up flexibility.
