Does Fastbreak work on plays where the QB is designed to roll out, as indicated in the green line in the play diagram?

I can't imagine it does.  Fastbreak is for designed QB runs. Aren't these roll outs  in play-action pass plays?

it only works if it is a QB sneak or a qb draw or something like that
