Im running a Titans TT and was wondering if Stroud were to get another card. Would he still get Titans chem on future cards?

Glad to help.
All Division Dynasty players get 2x their past teams plus 1x for every team in their division.
For example, Adoree Jackson will get 2x Giants chem as that as his represented DD team. He also can equip Commanders, Cowbows, Eagles, and Titans

Nope. Division Dynasty 88s get 2x chems for whichever team they represent in the program. The 91s get 1x chem for every team in their division.
