Do the new heritage players get all 32 chems? Also, how many can you get?

I really liked the BHM promo because of the 32 chem thing, but if they don’t all get them this time, unfortunately the squeeze isn’t worth the juice here. 
 

Hope others are enjoying them though.

I can't believe they didn't do all 32 team.chems it's the only reason to touch any of these

Hopefully these guys quick sell for something most of these guys won’t really help me. But some could be good for my NMS team
