If a CB has 99 MCV and 98 ZCV, do I need to put acrobat or pick artist?

If WRs has 99 SPD, do I need DRS with SPD Boost?

What are your thoughts? 

With AP changes I want to learn if a player can perform with 97-98-99 Stats without abilities or Abilities are needed all the time

I.E. Kwitty might be the best edge rusher in the game at a 93 due to the abilities although AD99 got god like stats

Its weird on offense no defense yes. Spc is almost like acrobat for offense and only difference ive noticed using no acrobat is less dive pick attempts.

I'm on next gen, is acrobat or pick artist better? ive been running acro all year but my buddy who is on current gen has been telling me to switch to pick artist.
