Either Secure Tackler or Tackle Supreme? Like in the case of John Randle m, does it make more sense to put Enforcer Supreme on him for 0 AP vs. Secure Tackler for 1 AP?
Any info on this?

According to madden youtuber Popular Stranger...it does
But that is just his opinion, not necessarily a fact
Would wait for others to confirm
I put Enforcer Supreme on Larry Wilson and it doesn’t guarantee conservative tackles.
Does any ability guarantee a tackle? Cause I’d love to stop the freight train hbs that kill me on short yardage

Tackle Supreme is your best bet, followed by secure tackler.

Tackle supreme or secure tackle. But never a guarantee

It's Enforcer + Crusher + Demoralizer
Being that it takes a Hit Stick to activate Enforcer Supreme and a conservative tackle to activate Secure Tackle and Tackle Supreme, I doubt they are included. That'll mean it'll be nearly fool proof on which button you use to tackle with Enforcer Supreme.

No, that is absolutely false. Enforcer Supreme only works if you land an actual Hit Stick, I'm paying the 1AP to get Tackle Supreme on big John Randle. TS not only includes Secure Tackler component, but also has the Unfakeable combined with it.
I'm not sure where this info is coming from, but you can read the full data dump of Enforcer Supreme here: https://www.abilities.fyi/abilities/enforcer-supreme
Compare with Tackle Supreme to see how different they are. Overlapping abilities will have nearly identical descriptions.

Basically the first line that says defenders with this ability don’t allow broken tackles?

Ahhh, thank you for pointing out the area that was causing confusion. This is somewhat true, to a limited extent. Basically, meaning, IF you were to land an actual Hit Stick, it will basically guarantee a tackle. Typically, smaller players (DBs , etc.) can literally bounce off a ball carrier if there is a significant weight discrepancy. Enforcer Supreme removes that limitation.
Here's the full ability breakdown, to attempt to clarify all aspects of Enforcer Supreme (i believe what you are referring to is bullet point number 2 below, i've perhaps confused things a bit by focusing my attempted explanation on item 1):
- Tackle_CanHitStickAnyone: Defender can hit stick any player on the field, regardless of size.
- Tackle_Chance2ManTackleOutcome_NotBroken_OnHitStick: Grants the defender an improved chance to prevent broken hit stick tackles.
- Tackle_FatigueTargetAfterTackle: Fatigues the target after a tackle.
- Tackle_HitStickAtDistance: Hit stick can be used at an increased distance.
- Tackle_ResetZoneProgressOnTargetAfterTackle: Reset the Zone Progress on the targeted player after the tackle is made.
